The Hon. M. Douglas Young, P.C., Q.C. is Chairman Emeritus of Summa Strategies Canada Inc., and CPCS Transcom Ltd..
He has been involved in projects from coast to coast in Canada, as well as in the United States, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa, Mexico and Australia.
A lawyer and businessman, he was elected to the federal and provincial levels of government in Canada between 1978 and 1997.
He served as Canada’s Minister of Transport, Minister of Human Resources, and Minister of Defence.
Mr. Young is a graduate of New Brunswick Teachers College, Saint Thomas University, and the University of New Brunswick.
