Ontario Finance Minister Rod Phillips has tabled the Ford government’s 2020 budget. The three-year plan was broken into the following themes – protect, support, and recover. It demonstrated that the government knows Ontario is not out of the woods yet, but attempts to strike a balance between the virus and the economy.
